Domain Names
We will never own or restrict access to your domain. Many agencies cross this ethical boundary and will hold a domain hostage. Bluehour does not and never has.
However, because of this, you must ensure your domain is renewed yearly to prevent downtime. We recommend enabling 'Auto Renew' to avoid this potential issue.
Email Inboxes
Bluehour does not manage email inboxes.
