Making Website Edits
Please follow these steps closely for clients granted permission to edit their websites.
IMPORTANT - Text changes will not appear instantly when editing a live website. Because of complex caching rules, these edits can take up to an hour before showing up elsewhere. However, this is entirely normal, so do not think you did anything wrong if you don't notice changes immediately.
Editing a Page
- Navigate to 'Pages'
- Hover over the page you want to edit and click 'Edit with Elementor'
- Hover over the block you would like to edit and click the pencil icon
- On the left-hand side update the text
- Once all changes are complete click 'Update' on the bottom left
- To view the page click the three lines on the top left
- Click 'View Page'
