Writing an SEO Focused Blog Post
If you plan to write a blog post yourself, follow this guide for best practices.
1. Before you start, ensure the following has been identified for this blog:

Focus Keyphrase(s)

Title / Headers

A Short Topic Brief
2. Create a new document
3. Add in your headers (H1-H5)
Adding structure from the beginning makes building the blog much easier.
4. Now fill in each section with the body text.
Some best practices to note:

Aim to keep each paragraph between 100-150 words

Hit a keyword density of 1-2% (e.g., a 1k blog should contain 10-20 keyword instances)

Keep headers/subheaders under 80 characters

Ensure that consecutive sentences don't start with the same word

Set up links correctly ('open in a new tab' for external links)
