Bluehour Emails

Preferred - Client Specific Email

Bluehour creates a dedicated email address for all active project and service clients. This allows you to have a one-way stream of emails that goes to all Bluehour team members, so you never have to worry about CC'ing the correct people or emails being lost in the shuffle. 

This email is your 'clientID@bluehourdigital.com' and is provided to you during onboarding.

Not all clients have a dedicated email, for example, if you're only doing website hosting with us. Therefore, please use the Primary Email below for all communications.

Primary Client Email

When in doubt, email client@bluehourdigital.com. This is our shared team inbox used for all client communications. Please avoid emailing team members directly, as this email can be lost in the shuffle or bottleneck a timely response.
