BugHerd | Submitting Visual Tickets
This guide is only applicable to clients who have been invited to provide visual feedback with our ticketing tool called Bugherd.
💡Important
- You must be logged in to Bugherd with the email address you signed up with to provide feedback.
- The feedback widget is never visible to the public.
- All guests can see other guest feedback. Please ensure no duplicate tickets are submitted.
- You can reply to comments via email as well.
First Time User
- Accept your invite and create your BugHerd account
- Once logged in, you will see all projects you can provide feedback on
- Ensure you have the browser extension installed
