Commentful | How to Provide Design & Content Feedback
This guide only applies to clients invited to provide visual feedback with our ticketing tool called Commentful.
Overview
When Bluehour needs to collect design or content feedback from you we will send you a review link using our software called, Commentful.
Commentful offers three ways to provide feedback:
- Leave Comments - This button lets you leave general comments anywhere on the page.
- Request Text Updates - This button lets you submit text changes on existing text blocks.
- Request Image Updates - This button lets you replace an existing image block.
